wonder if huixin is feeling better...
she couldn't join us today coz she wasn't feeling well; allergic response to a medication prescribed by her dentist. she went to take out her wisdom tooth that's why..
gera ah... 11 something in the morning she smsed that she just woke up! and we were supposed to meet at 1230. haha 1230 i was still waiting for bus under my block, so we both were late.. but then she's still better ; )
we went to jurong east instead of westmall. i remember gera and i, we used to hang around je so i changed the meeting place. the inside of JEC has changed a little; those benches that we used to study(and play bridge) at during j2 days were gone, the shaw ticket booth also moved to level two. we thought of ice skating and went to check out the ice skating ring which was full of people. missed the skating days. must get bong, ty, kt and wx and gera to go back one day. lunched at JEC's zingo. it's some korean food + pepper lunch dishes. both of us ate mixed rice set. food was not bad, but i hated the bean sprout coz the beans on the sprouts were so hard and crunchy like eating raw beans. gera, i think i wanna try the le meridien's mixed rice next time... hee
next stop: IMM. wa, it looked totally different from the last time i went which was with ping in august ba. there's an extension and the open-concept car park also gone liao. actually the extension didn't make much difference to the place... except maybe there's more choices when it comes to deciding what to eat coz there's pepper lunch, cafe cartel, ajisen etc and coffee club... ya we wanted to go sit sit there but we were still full from the mixed rice then.
and anyway we walked around a bit more... went to daiso - the japanese $2 shop. we were so attracted to the schedule books, there were in such cute designs. couldn't decide which one of two designs i saw, gera said to get both and so i did. i'm glad i did because i just counted there's like only 28 weekly schedule pages in a book but there's 52 weeks in a year. gera, u may need to get one more orh... ya there's just so many things we both wanna get, we were saying we both want more dresses, girly casual ones, not those that's too prom. and i saw a bag i kinda like, furry furry de. so nice to touch but then i don't know if i should really buy and i didn't buy it anyway..
we didn't see the octopus toy at the mini toons there either. bah stupid lah, should advertise only if it's selling already mah. gera's mum came to pick her for dinner coz i didn't want dinner. didn't feel like eating or walking anymore. time of the month. haa.... aunite sent me home. good for me, if not i think i will be grumpy when i reach home finally from all the travelling. her mum was so chatty leh, i find her more chirpy than last time. was happy to see that gera and her mum were in a much better relationship than before... hee~
didn't eat much for dinner, just some soup and vege. tomorrow morning gotta wake early ah... going cousin's wedding ceremony at botanic garden. cannot find anything to wear leh. i don't know how formal i need to be in.. saw the pink dress sc11 bought for me for my birthday this year in the wardrobe. errm, i still have yet to wear it. don't worry i will wear it but don't know when... shall see how later. if i can't settle tonight, i will need to wake even earlier...
