Engineering vs Biz

Bus service 92 is terrible... why doesn't SBS employ double decker buses for it, it's always full and so many people need to take it to go into Science Park. They will make life easier for themselves and the commuters ma. So angry... made me missed 2 buses this morning when I was already running late.
Not much things to do at work this week, just did some calculations, manipulating of equations and plotting graphs. Engineering work is stable, interesting sometimes but may be boring over time, however it's not so financially promising. Venturing into business may have high returns, but it's so tiring and straining. For now, I can only rely on the hope that at least a degree in engineering provides the option of doing different fields of work in future.
After I graduate, I hope to spend 2 years(depending on the economy) in the engineering sector. Then, I will consider my next path. Hopefully 2 years is enough for me to finish paying my bank loan for university. Argh. Coz I had the intention of joining the travel industry or maritime industry, and still have now.
I think so far, only Fu knows that I had wanted to take up maritime engineering in polytechinc after O levels. But sadly, my parents didn't allow coz of the few incidents of lives lost at sea then. Would have otherwise taken tourism, but it was only available at TP and well, I supposed my parents affected my choice in going to a JC lah. But I'm not one to regret my actions, so let's just look forward :)
I don't know... I'm not young anymore, now that I'm pass 21 and just the thought of being 30 when Marcus turns 21 makes me both excited and worried. Dilemma right, haha... I'm always sitting on the fence of my own thoughts, amuses myself sometimes. Life's the unknown as long as you still hold on to life... Hee~
And it's the weekends!! Friday woohoo...
I'm gonna meet Fu tonight at JP to watch 27 dresses. Wanted to watch last friday, but last minute Avril informed me of a little gathering with CH and Yik. So I went to look for them. 1+ months since I last met them at SH's party in Dec. Avril missed me! Lol, I missed her too. Now no need miss coz we just met last week and all of us (uni friends) are gonna meet for dinner at Vivocity tomorrow.
Will be meeting my dear bp gang tomorrow as well. Having lunch with them at Vivocity, such a coincidence or are they making things easier for me? Hah. Really miss the gang + Sam... Can't wait to take more pictures when we meet, ya so I must remember to charge my camera battery tonight.
But I got a big problem la, my mum wants to go Bugis(or somewhere) to shop tomorrow. So I'm gonna 练习分身术 and hop from Vivo to Bugis and Bugis back to Vivo in between... It's ok, I have hybrid concession haha... that's why can travel without thinking now, how good.
