finally the baby polar bear plushie is mine. well, i got wilson to go with me lah. because he was too good a help not to be used. hahaha...
spent the whole afternoon at XL's place enjoying the company of friends and enjoying the feeling of not-caring-a-thing. i almost think i could fell asleep sitting on the sofa reading her copy of cleo because i was so relaxed... but i was to be the next player for mahjong then. i still like mahjong but maybe not as frantic as before.
haven't tell Fu that i completed our mission. waiting for him to wake from his nap to msg me... then i shall share the happy news. now, i just wanna rest...

all because of Fu lor... he came over to my house today to choose the pics to develop for the album he promised me. we're gonna make an album for the zoo trip last sunday.
to cut the story short, he surprised me with a polar bear plushie! yar, i know i should be very touched. in fact, i am very touched... because he went through so much to get it for me. he had to leave home earlier than usual and go all the way to mandai alone. and he even enquired through the zoo's online store just for me because i said i didn't see it at the website. and so he got an email allowing him entry into the zoo to make his purchase. on top of these, he had to think of foolproof plan to surprise me. 我真的很佩服他。
now that i think of it, no wonder he was kinda weird today...
- he carried his backpack here instead of his usual pouch
- when he was using the computer to play, he told me to go bathe. huh?
- when i asked when he would stop so we could start with the selection of pics, he said that i should have just gone to bathe. ya maybe
- after selecting the pics, we wanted to go to my room, but my bro was using his lappy in my room, so i thought it's alright to just go to my bro's room. he kept telling me he wanted my bed... and asking why i still didn't want to bathe. err?
finally when i decided to bathe and opened my wardrobe, puzzled was i when i saw a paper bag with a little zoo sticky tape taped on it. it suddenly dawned on me what he had done... i was speechless actually. and all i remembered was he muttered something like 哎呀，我买错了and indeed it was not the baby polar bear i expected, it was more like an adult bear version though it's still cub-looking.
after my bath it's 伤脑精啊！he kept telling me to go to the zoo to exchange, go and change go and change... because he realised it's not the one when he saw a pic of the actual one i wanted while choosing the photos. and maybe i was in a state of denial; telling him the plush wasn't that bad looking, it's cute actually. but he didn't believe me, he insisted i was just trying to console myself and convince myself. haha, if not how?
so i asked wilson if he could accompany me to the zoo tomorrow because Fu can't make it. and i felt so dumb to do that lah... i'm so difficult right. so i thought maybe i shouldn't trouble wilson(though he's my papa can exploit) and learn to do things on my own. Fu repeatedly tormented me by saying "i know you will regret in future if you don't go to change", "if you don't change, you will waste my money leh(coz it's not what you want)", "i rather you go and try, if cannot then buy another one, money can earn back, next time zoo don't have liao, don't cry ah".
cry!
eventually i told him i think i will go... because i hate to regret, knowing i really will. and i agree with him on the combined effort theory: he started the mission for me, and since he didn't achieve it i can correct the mistake and happy ending. yar, i hope i will be able to find the courage to go on my own tomorrow. well, i can't always be protected, gotta find back my strong self.

:( starting to really regret not buying the polar bear plush at the souvenir shop yesterday. Fu la, i want to look longer and wanna take a photo with it then he said how can take with inside the shop. Ya right... he also took a pic of me glowing in the dark inside the night safari section of the shop. The polar blear plushie was really cute de!
Hope i win the polar bear contest which i dropped 6 separate entries... then i can still get the plush. Hope so...
