After seeing doc, I dragged mummy to Vivocity. Haha, cos I've been meaning to go trim my brows - the last time I had them trimmed was 4th July. So the brows were really getting to me whenever I see myself in the mirror and I bought the 10 sessions package the other time so I went. Yup so it's neat now : )
I left mummy at Daiso while I did my brows. Yup, think it's nice to let her hang around the "outside world" cos she's always at home also, and she doesn't really venture out of house unless dad drives. Her world revolves around the family only, really. So I love to drop her somewhere and let her shop shop haha...
Then treated mummy to simple lunch at
Kim Gary Hong Kong Restaurant. Cos I knew she's more into chinese food and we both ate our set lunches heartily cos not too bad. Hehe, I felt good to bring mummy around cos you know, my mum has been a housewife almost all her (prime) life and she really doesn't have any complaints or desires one. Hmmm, maybe like Fu said, deep inside she's my idol that's why I'm so homely too. Lol...
And cos I wanted to get some things from Watsons, so there we went. Usually I will buy the toiletries but being the lazy person I am, even when the shower foam is used up I will take some time later to go get them. Anyway cos at home still got soap mah. Ya, my parents, especially my dad is just too used to using soap. And so I went to get the much-needed stuffs...

I still like Dove body wash after so long. I think I first started using it with gera. And this reminds me of Wella, the hair shampoo. I don't see it around already, which is sad cos I still want to go back and try it haha. Nice smellI remember. Ok but I don't like Dove's shampoo that much lor... although I have 2 small bottles in the bathroom, freebies that's why.
Time to get a new shampoo, and decided to try silkpro. I think it used to be a different packaging is it cos I remember I did use before leh? So I got the normal/dry type and it comes with a 100ml hair mask thing. Nevermind that but let's see how this works on my hair. I tried Herbal Essences - dangerously straight before this. I think it did help in keeping the hair straight but I just don't like its too fruity stingly frangrance (for a whole day leh at least).
Mummy uses toner too haha, maybe cos of me la. I put all the more frequently used stuffs in the basket near the mirror mah. Everytime after she bathes, she will come to my room either blow dry her hair a little or out something on her face lor. Geez... but she really should do more home facial, like paper/cotton masks or what even though she doesn't go do facials. Hmmm, at least this should be something I can afford for her. Yup yup...
Tried Loreal, some brand found in SASA, tried Bio-essence too. Ya, and Neutrogena. To me, I don't really feel much difference except maybe Neutrogena feels to drying for me. So got 2 different toners yesterday, one is Nivea and the other is Garnier. These 2 brands has more than 1 toner lor... so maybe the next time try the others haha. Got the Garnier cos I haven't tried any Garnier stuff and I got a $2 off coupon from the
GLOW magazine (remember the birdies pouch?) for any Garnier product.
And conveniently, I got the Watsons lifetime card for $5. Actually I wanted to get it 2 months back when I first knew about it from the magazine but yes, laziness got the better of me =p I think it's really worth getting if you frequent Watsons. Well, I personally prefer Watsons to Guardian la.
Ok, this turns out to be an extremely long post. I have yet to touch on the main thing haha. Yes, I finally went to get my fringe cut! Went home after Watsons and nap a while. Went JP in the evening to meet Fu and I cut my hair at Storm Hair. I'm perfectly ok with the new haircut, maybe need some getting used to. But right now I'm kinda worried how to go centre later cos the kids will say give LOADS of comments one and laughings....
I can just imagine.
