There are two race categories - The competitive 10km and The 5km Fun Run. If you register for the 10km run, you would be automatically allocated into the respective 10km categories - Women 10K (applicable to all)Women Under 19 (age 18 years and below on race day) and Women Masters (age 35 years and above on race day).
The Race Pack will include your FILA women's sleeveless running tee, Race BIB, Champion Chip Device (for 10km runners only) and sponsors’ souvenirs. You cannot start your race without your Race BIB and Champion Chip (for 10km runners), so all participants must collect their Race Entry Pack at the Race Expo prior to the Race Day.
The Race Pack Collection will be held the weekend before event day on 16th, 17th and 18th October 2009. Venue: TBC
There are only two start times:
-10km starts at 7.00am
-5km starts at 8.00am
All 10km runners will be timed by Champion Chip which is an electronic timing system capable of providing accurate race times. 10 km runners are based on gun time as per IAAF rules. 5 km runners will not be timed.
The water stations are located approximately every 2.5km mark from the start point. The end point will have both water and isotonic drinks.
Baggage deposit service is available for purchase at point of registration and is chargeable at $1 per deposit for online, $3 at Race Expo and $5 at event day. Limited to 2000 slots.
The nearest MRT Station is City Hall. Train commence operations from 0612 HRS from Jurong East, 0602HRS from Punggol, 0554 HRS from Pasir Ris, 0559 HRS from Changi Airport, 0543 HRS from Woodlands, 0606 HRS from Boon Lay & 0626 HRS from Marina Bay.
