Managed to get Yixian's company :) although she wasn't interested in it at all. Especially after we went together to last year's fair... well it was almost the same lah. Other than the fact that the booths were more organised, even the participating companies were the same. Machiam they came only for publicity lor. Whatever.
Yesterday was the first time since convocation that I stepped onto the campus (other than his hall). It was familiar yet so weird. Everything felt different cos like what Yixian said, no familiar faces anymore... and ya all the buildings that were under construction are like already in use liao. Bleah, whatever.
Anyway, met Mr Teo before meeting up with the rest and we went gai gai around. I need to shop! Last minute, I changed the venue to Fish & Co. instead of Dian Xiao Er. Cos DXE mostly need to share, like eating family meal like that and we were not full strength so I chose not to go there. Fish & Co. because it was the only place I didn't mind amongst the western restaurants like Swensen's and Billy Bomber that kind.
Our Seafood platter for 2, it's really not bad but uber filling. So next time I will make sure we order one Seafood platter for 1 to share can liao. Like what the jj+wj and wx+yw did.
Sadly, Mr Teo and I only managed to take two pics using my laoya hp camera against the glass and in the dark... one was ultra pale cos flash against the glass, the other was blacky cos in the dark, sigh so I had to edit a little for our faces to show. Need a new hp with a better camera(if possible)!
Jingxi bought this raspsberry topping cake with some ricecrispy base...the macaroon tasted unearthly to me haha. They said it's green tea flavour ba... maybe that's why it's like sweet and bitter, all too weird.

Sitting arrangement in a rectangle starting from: junnie, collin, oli (sth cropped up at work so she was quite late and made her pekchek), wils, wx, yawen, jingxi, me, him, jj, weijing. Fred had something on with his friends already planned before we did so he didn't join us. Xiuling might have joined us if she wasn't already on mc yesterday. Guess, it wasn't a nice date yesterday :(
I used to really really enjoy sclub 11 gatherings, but over the time I've become like sian sian... I'm so easily moody haflway haha don't know why. Ya I know, the last time we met during christmas was ok ah was really happening but I had in my mind, that's the last anything I'm gonna plan for sc11. I don't know why also... actually we all know 11 is too big a crowd for HTHT.
Is it because everyone is getting busy so interaction also low. Or is it that I cannot join in at all for the topics they talking. I don't know la, but maybe I only can feel like I'm myself around you. Feel safe and secure and not exposed... not having to really hide anything. For one thing I know, sure I've been feeling guilty for being idle at home for so long yet I don't deny I'm enjoying my life now. Something Yixian agrees on.
I know my friends are concerned for me. I know. But what they don't know is that being overly concerned adds on a lot of emotional stress to me. I really dislike having to repeat myself. Don't ask me what's my plans. Don't ask me what interviews I'm waiting for. Don't ask me what am I doing. Don't ask me how I can survive till now. Don't you think I've a bigger hurdle when cny comes and the relatives start asking... gimme a break now.
Who says anything about being a tai tai and did I say I like to idle around? I only like to nuah. They ain't the same. It's so much like that saying "the emperor isn't anxious but the eunuch is". If you need to, just ask me if I've any good news or anything to share. If I do, I will. Otherview, take no for my answer.
Sigh, I guess I need some retail therapy now... Mr Teo, where are we going tmr?

20 Jan
My birthday. As usual, my usual, woke up and slacked in front of laptop, on bed, at home. Changed tuition to thursday nite so I could have dinner with Mr Teo. I had wanted to go gai gai at Jp on my own while waiting for him. But on the day, I finally decided to watch MDWAV series... which resulted in me leaving home later than I wanted to =p
oli^idiot came by the nite before just to send me birthday wishes haha. First, she offered me mcnuggets =.= to which I rejected cos I was stunned haha. Then she made wilspapa give me the birthday card to which I happily accepted, along with the pandaland biscuits ^^ Btw I forgot say that they were standing outside the gates all along leh cos they didn't want me to let them in lest they ended up staying longer than they had intended. After that was a bit "cold" haha cos she was asking me whether like that got sincerity a not lol. Then, she finally broke the "coldness" haha and gave me the m)phosis baggage. Thanks to the couple :)
So I took the bag out to use when I went out to meet Mr Teo. Those were the stuffs I had in the bag. Dinner was at Men Ichi Ramen Restaurant at B1 of Jp.
Mr Teo & Miss Koh.... hahaha. And we had the Mix & Match set for $15.90 each.

Buta Kakuni = braised pork belly. Very fatty...so fatty the fat melts in the mouth haha. His spicy tonkotsu ramen, which was too spicy even when it was supposed to be mild.
Eeyerr, you really gotta learn how to pose in front of the camera. So serious looking everytime... haha maybe the specs not outstanding? Or your hair leh... hmmm go and think.
Gyoza was not bad. But he prefers it with black vinegar (must be from the habit of eating chinese gyoza) which was not available. Then he sent me home and we stopped by McCafe for a piece of cake.
I took more pics of him than the number of pics of me leh =\ haha... the pinkish background was nice de if only it covered the entire background of the pic. Smile Mr Teo! ugh...

Went shopping with him on saturday. Oh we got a cute panda tee shirt :) and bought a pair of white sandals. Not enough haha. Yesterday, heard my tutee said she bought a 3.5inches high heels I also wanna get a pair of high heels for myself le!! So means more shopping this coming weekend ^^

I've finished watching I and II already. Emotional. I've always known I'm emotional one. Can you imagine the kinda forbbiden love between a celestial master (tian shi) and a vampire (jiang shi)? Oh I'm not trying to rhyme them one btw. Another compatible on-screen couple - Fong Tin Yau/Kuang Tian You & Ma Siu Ling/Ma Xiao Ling. Sigh... finally know the storyline liao.
As with watching most other dramas that I was totally into, I hate it when the drama ends or when the ending is not "happily ever after". I've just said...I'm emotional. When I watch those shows, I tend to involve myself and curse madly at the evil characters and cry along with the pitiful characters and laugh at the silly stuffs.
Mr Teo said I'm the kind of person hor, 喜怒哀乐 all written on my face one. When I'm happy, I can be contented with just about anything. But when I'm grumpy I will make it worse by thinking of all negative things. He calls me 笨笨的 saying I'm not exactly stupid, but the silly type of girls. Ya, maybe I am. Cos deep within myself, I believe in "happily ever after" ah.
There's one phrase in mdwavII : 孤独不是因为少一个人, 而是因为多一个人. Mr Teo said this is contradicting. Maybe it's to fit the plot but it is very true leh: in the beginning, there was only one man and then there was a woman and if she had not appeared he would not have known what loneliness is. It's just like how we only start to treasure something after losing it. I really like mdwavI and II but I'm not gonna watch III because I don't want to spoil the image of the series in my heart...cos I know the third installment would not have a "happily ever after".

After some struggling, finally got down to watch this taiwanese drama. Nah, just because I know myself too well once started, I must keep on watching one. Haven't seen Vanness's acting in a long while, and I must say his chinese has improved and I like his manly look now. I still like Jerry though :) But kao! I hate the storyline! Why must all these kinda shows all have the witchy mothers, think-money-solves-all-problems fathers!! And these shows always have new romeo and juliet...why so many tragedic love?
I rarely like taiwanese drama cos most of them are too idolish and I only like those that have storyline and not lame. But I also like this drama for its similarity to another korean drama - Only You. I believe so lah. Cos I know that Guang Xi and Mu Cheng will have a child later in the drama (I'm only at episode 5 now) and that Guang Xi will not know how hard Mu Cheng brought up the child. This part is totally same lah...and then I predict same journey to find back the "wife and child" and hopefully happily ever after.

I had fun piecing the parts together and it makes me happy to see the swing swing~ when I knock against the table the frame will also swing by itself (cos it's not heavy/stable enough). It's a girly present, very much reminds me of being a girl her age lol. I need to find space in my room though... haha too much stuffs.
So anyway I decided to dedicate this entry to my favourite tutee Jessica Lau Meiyi ^^

My dear friends of nine years, and this year is the tenth year. We went to the zoo yesterday as a gathering, a birthday celebration and a farewell outing. I enjoyed hanging out with the gang like this because we seem to travel back to sec sch days where we play all day. Took lotsa pictures but I only appear in a small fraction of them. And haha I only uploaded those with me in them on this entry lol.
I think this was the only group-minus-ty photo we took that day =p
Taken at the White Tiger enclosure with the girls. How come sg zoo doesn't have the normal orange tigers ah? Haha. Then soon after we went to the Splash Safari animal show and sat on the steps cos it was packed already at 1040 which started at 11am.
Taken on the tram with Yixian and Ah Meng. We were on our way to the next animal show - Elephants of Asia. Yixian rarely smile till so wide one leh... but the Ah Meng really like to act cool. This pic odd lehhaha...cos I'm smiling happily but he's so cool =|
After the show, we decided to finish walking around the Wild Africa area, Cat Country there
before heading to Kidzworld for our lunch. Bong and I were enjoying the air con blowing onto our faces at the lion glass viewing gallery? Forgot where liao la...
We took this beside the real giant tortoise with the fake giant tortoise haha. After Reptile Garden and Fragile Forest, we headed to Kidzworld KFC for lunch. I think this must be the most profitting KFC outlet on the island cos total monopoly in the zoo leh.
Not forgetting to take pictures around the kiddy stuffs -- tootootrain and the animal merry-go-where. I cannot take full body photos on my side view la, see my spare tyre... is not 3-layer meat lor is like 5-layer meat la!
Kangtai left for his dragonboat and the rest of us went to the dock a 3-mins walk from the Kidzworld. The boat guide helped every group to take photo and I shall applaude him for his initiative haha... we got his help again to take a photo of us on the dock.
We sent Yixian to the entrance after that cos she had to go give tuition. The rest of us accompanied me back to Kidzworld to see the giant rabbit...and we wasted a lot of time while Tusen Yung waiting poor-thingly at Causeway Point for us. Cos the tram wentone two big rounds at 20km/h and we made a detour to the souvenir shop to get a keepsake cum farewell gift for Bong. Somemore we stupidly waited for taxi at the taxi drop-off stand =.=" oops!
We finally made our way to Causeway Point and dear metme us :) there just nice when we arrived haha. Good timing. We Gelare for desserts and chat chat to decide what to do next... But cos they couldn't make up their mind, dear and I decided to split and meet up with them later. So Fu and I went to walk around shop shop...and we i mean he bought a red long sleeve shirt at John Little. It's good cos 20% storewide discount and he looks good in it too ^^
Yixian and Kangtai (yes they did) came back to find us leh and the bunch of us had dinner at Crystal Jade kitchen. Yummy, pig liver + sliced fish congee~ but I think next time don't order those set A set B cos I think not worth ba. Total spent about $52 in total the whole day.
PS: Ah Bong will be taking tonight flight for his exchange. We promise to take a group photo when Bong returned in half a year's time cos we didn't manage to take it with Tsuen Yung. Remember to being back pressies for us from Europe ah geez.
